1. All payment arrangements between lot owners and/or managing agents and tenants are private agreements and outside of the jurisdiction of the Owners Corporation and Turnbull Cook. All liability for these arrangements remains with the lot owner or managing agent.
2. Please note your order may still be affected by Third Party Contractors Holiday Closures (Locksmiths etc), in addition to Australia Post delivery times.
3. Turnbull Cook and your Owners Corporation Manager will endeavour to expedite all requests and note that delivery may be subject to availability of stock by the registered third party contractor.
4. Lost keys may attract an additional charge. All costs incurred will be charged to lot responsible.
