Doug Willox, Chairman
Doug has been a Director of Turnbull Cook for 15 years. During this time and prior, he held Senior Management and Directorship positions for over 50 years in many large private and public companies in Australia. Doug is a well respected corporate Director who is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Australia Institute of Company Directors and a Licensed Estate Agent.
Ben Willox, Managing Director
Ben Willox, a Certified Practicing Accountant, was appointed by the Board in March 2013 to take the company to the cutting edge of Owners Corporation management with an extra focus on superior customer service and challenging the traditional ways Owners Corporations are typically managed. Ben’s background is Chartered Accounting having worked in both Australia and Europe, and also held senior and board level positions in Finance prior to joining Turnbull Cook.
John Purdue, Non Executive Director
John originally commenced employment with Turnbull Cook in the 1980’s and managed the department from 1997 to 2009 as the Managing Director. John’s experience in Strata is second to none in Victoria and has personally managed hundreds of OC’s ranging from 3 to 750 lots. John was an elected member of the IBCMV (now SCA) executive.
Daniel Shields, Chief Operating Officer
Daniel joined the Turnbull Cook team as a Portfolio Manager with a background in project management and has since managed a diverse range of Owners Corporations including large complex residential and commercial properties.
This hands on experience and technical knowledge allows Daniel to efficiently integrate the Business Services team with the Portfolio Managers to continually improve both the client experience and processes within the business. Daniel has direct involvement in the creation and management of best practice processes and systems to underpin our service offering.
Claire Foley, Community and Technical Manager
Claire is responsible for client engagement and the proactive management of our portfolio ensuring customer satisfaction and service delivery is of a high standard across all aspects of our business. Claire has been with us for 15 years, spending the first 10 years of her career as a portfolio manager. Other than client engagement and client retention, Claire also advises on compliance and technical matters.
Claire is also dedicated to working with developers throughout the construction process and assisting the developer and our operations team in ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing management. Claire has worked extensively with many developers in expertly delivering and managing the various issues that faces new developments at all stages in both pre and post development.
