As Junior Strata Manager, I assist our Head of Tower Division, Michael Weekes, with his portfolio of properties.
In my role, I send notices to owners, agents and residents, prepare AGMs and committee meetings, action maintenance issues – and so much more.

FRONT DESK OFFICER
With 20 years’ experience in office administration support, I bring rich expertise and a patient, resilient approach.
I’ve been Front Desk Officer at Turnbull Cook for the past six years.
Organised and highly personable, I enjoy working with such a great team and learning more about our industry.
I’ve been an accountant at Turnbull Cook since 2016.
I ensure that accounts are reconciled and help managers with financial queries.
Conscientious and considered, I’m known to put my head down and work hard until the job is complete.
My position at Turnbull Cook requires me to analyse financial transactions, follow up debt recoveries – and provide financial advice to our clients.
One of my favourite aspects of the role is the continual support I receive from my colleagues.

Day to day, I answer owners’ accounting queries and help prepare financial reports.

As Maintenance Support Officer, I’m responsible for responding to customer enquiries and keeping everyone happy.
Hardworking and curious, I enjoy the variety of things I learn in my role.
As my title suggests, I manage the maintenance for all our properties. This involves both scheduled work and emergency repairs. I also liaise with contractors to ensure compliance – which relies heavily on my strong communication and problem-solving skills.
I love working among such a committed team. And the fulfilment I receive from helping our owners achieve their goals is immense.
As Insurance Manager, I get to help people and learn new things – every day.
I manage strata management insurance renewal and insurance-related enquiries and requests. I bring three years’ experience in insurance and financial planning, as well as a cheerful and resilient approach.
